Brian McGettigan

Brian is Co-Founder & CEO of The Address Collective, having established the group in 2004 with the acquisition of the North Star Hotel. Brian is responsible for the growth and evolution of the business, having led the rebranding of the North Star, Kingswood, and Ambassador hotels to The Address Collective in 2020, creating a leading independent boutique hospitality brand focused on the highest standards of service, design and guest experience. With over 40 years of industry experience, Brian brings a strong entrepreneurial vision and deep industry knowledge, driving the continued expansion and strategic direction of the group.

Ciara is Director of Interior Design at The Address Collective and Co-Founder of the group. Ciara is responsible for shaping the identity and aesthetic of the brand, including ongoing refurbishments & maintenance as well as leading new developments and renovation projects. Having began her career in Arthur Andersen, Ciara brings a strong commercial mindset to the group whilst leading the creative vision and design function, ensuring each property reflects the unique character of the brand while delivering a warm and memorable guest experience.

Mairead is Director of Revenue & Brand at The Address Collective, where she is responsible for shaping the group’s commercial strategy across revenue, brand and marketing, driving performance and strengthening market positioning across the portfolio. She brings extensive experience in hospitality revenue management, alongside her role as Group Revenue Manager with McGettigan Hotel Group. She previously held a Group Revenue Manager position with Carlton Hotel Group and began her career at The Burlington Hotel, progressing through reservations and revenue roles.

Mairead combines a strong analytical approach with a deep understanding of brand, marketing and guest behaviour, ensuring a cohesive and commercially focused approach across all properties.

 

Raja is Director of Operations at The Address Collective and is responsible for leading the operational performance and the delivery of exceptional guest experiences at The Address Connolly and The Address Citywest. With over two decades of experience in hospitality, he has held a number of senior leadership roles, including Senior General Manager within the group, and is recognised for his strong leadership style and commercial focus. He is a graduate of Shannon College of Hotel Management and has previously held senior positions with The Beacon Hotel and The Morgan Hotel, managing full hotel operations and performance.

Cathal is a Director at The Address Collective and is responsible for leading operational performance and guest experience across The Address Glasgow, The Address Sligo and The Address Cork. Having joined the Address Collective in 2021, Cathal has progressed through senior roles within the group, including Hotel Manager at The Address Connolly, and is known for his hands-on leadership style and focus on people and service standards. Cathal holds a first-class honour from Shannon College of Hotel Management and brings international experience from leading hospitality brands including Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, The Ritz-Carlton Barcelona and Fitzpatrick Hotel Group in New York, along with commercial experience at Bank of Ireland.

Brian is Commercial Manager at The Address Collective and is responsible for the group’s financial strategy and commercial performance. He brings a strong blend of hospitality and financial expertise, having begun his career in hospitality before moving into professional services with KPMG Ireland, working across financial management consulting and corporate finance. Brian combines a deep understanding of hotel operations with a strategic, data-driven approach to finance. He is a qualified member of Chartered Accountants Ireland and holds first-class honour degree in International Commerce from UCD.

Michaela is Group HR Manager at The Address Collective, where she leads the people strategy across the group’s portfolio in Ireland and the UK. She brings extensive experience across both hospitality and corporate environments, with previous roles at Amazon and Vision Ireland, specialising in employee relations, organisational change and employment law. Michaela is a graduate of Shannon College of Hotel Management and began her career in luxury hospitality with brands including Jumeirah Group, Hotel Café Royal and The Gleneagles Hotel.

Cian is Business Development Manager at The Address Collective and is responsible for supporting the group’s growth and enhancing its position within the luxury hospitality market. He brings a strong commercial background, having previously worked with Asante Capital Group in London, where he specialised in private equity secondaries and capital raising. Cian holds a first-class honour from Business & Law at UCD and has also gained experience with Rubicon Capital Advisors and A&L Goodbody, building a solid foundation in finance, investment and advisory.

 

Martin is Procurement Manager at The Address Collective and is responsible for leading the procurement strategy, driving cost efficiencies and supporting operational performance across the group. He brings extensive experience across hospitality and food & beverage, having held roles with Gordon Ramsay Group, Home House and Crowne Plaza London Shoreditch, as well as Group Purchasing Manager with Só Hotels. Martin combines strong commercial awareness with a practical, hands-on approach to procurement.

Deirdre is Group Web & Digital Manager for The Address Collective and McGettigan Hotel Group, where she leads the group’s digital strategy across web, content and online performance. She oversees the development and management of all group websites, ensuring a seamless user experience aligned with brand standards while supporting digital performance and revenue growth. Deirdre brings extensive experience in digital and project management, having held roles with Ericsson and founded her own web development business. Her earlier career includes positions with HP, Intel Corporation and Arthur Andersen
