As you enjoy the elevated casual dining experience in NORTH Eatery, the bold flavours that you can savour are all from ingredients sourced locally no more than 50 miles from our venue. Be it one of our Vegetarian starters, Succulent Mains, or Vegan desserts, everything is hand crafted to ensure the preservation of our local communities.

Our zero-waste journey means that we’re not just recycling more, but that we’re striving to produce less waste by following a circular economy model. You can join us by simply placing general waste in the bathroom bin and all recyclables in the room bin. But here’s a key thing… if you have plastic bottle waste then why not turn it into something special! Leave them aside, and through our Re-turn for Children initiative we’ll transform them into charity donations—making your contribution matter in more ways than one.
